• Must have knowledge of the establishment’s culinary genres
• Supervise and check assembly of trays
• Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
• Establish work schedules Work on service line to service guests
• Complete overnight food preparation and wash dishes
• Complete end-of-day paperwork
• Fulfill food safety temperature and key item counts
• Ensure team members maintain a food safe environment, and follow all food safety processes to maintain high cleanliness standards
• Lead and coach team members to follow company food safety guidelines, maximize gross profit, and control costs
• Use suggested selling methods to promote and sell products
• Ensure quality service is delivered to every guest
• Process cash, credit, and debit cashier transactions
• Maintain an organized and clean work area
• Perform each of the Restaurant essential duties satisfactorily and be able to train new team members to perform their respective job duties as well
• Fulfill any team member’s role and duties as needed during peak times
• Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level
• Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
• Complete other duties as assigned
