Job Duties:
– Receive deliveries, check delivery contents in order to verify product quality and quantity.
– Responsible for keeping stocks and ingredients fresh.
– Maintain food and service quality.
– Assign job duties and train staff.
– Check and order ingredients and supplies required.
Job Requirements:
Education: Completion of High school
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in food preparation or service OR completion of a community college program in food service administration, hotel, and restaurant management are required.
