Job Description:

– Wage: $26.44 per hour
– Number of work hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
– Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent
– Benefit: 4% gross salary with each paycheque and extended medical insurance

Job Duties:
– Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of our restaurant.
– Set better service to be offered and implement.
– Train staff, assign job duties and make sure that they can follow their duties.
– Evaluate staff performance and set work schedule.
– Maintain an inventory and check revenues and modify prices and costs.
– Bargaining arrangement with necessary supplies for food and restaurant operation.
– Resolve customer complaints and enquiries.
Job Requirements:
– Completion of secondary school is required.
– 1- 2 years of experience in the foodservice sector, including supervisory experience OR completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management, is required.
