Working Condition: 35 – 40 hours a week. 10 days paid vacation per year.

Job Duties:
– Plan and organize the operations of the restaurant, hall, kitchen and other food service.
– Plan and determine the type of services to be offered.
– Manage staff schedule and oversee staff training.
– Monitor staff performance.
– Resolve customer complaints.
– Negotiate arrangements with food suppliers.
– Manage inventory and check revenues and modify prices and cost
– Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and meet the standard.
Requirement:
– Completion of secondary school.
– Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience OR Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is required.
