MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Provide attentive and nurturing care for children in the employer’s home.
· Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
· Plan, prepare, and serve nutritious meals tailored to the children’s dietary needs.
· Perform additional household duties as needed.
· Supervise daily routines—such as meal times and scheduled rest periods—in accordance with parental instructions.
· Maintain a safe and sanitary home environment to ensure the children’s well-being.
· Support the children’s emotional health, fostering their social skills and emotional development.
· Implement disciplinary strategies as directed by the parents to maintain consistent behavior management.
· Organize and engage children in age-appropriate educational and recreational activities, including interactive games, arts and crafts, and reading sessions.
· Keep detailed records of daily activities, meals, and any health-related observations concerning the children.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Secondary school or above
· Related working experience is an asset
· Attention to detail
· Ability to work with minimum supervision
Wage: CAD 20-23/Hour
Work Hours: 30-40 Hours Per Week
