Employment conditions: Afternoon shift (2:30 pm – 11:00 pm)

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience operating production machines
Work Setting:
Meat processing and/or packing plant/establishment
Work Site Environment: Noisy, cold/refrigerated
RESPONSIBILITIES
Tasks
Operate machinery to process and bag, box or otherwise package food products
Record production information
Perform corrective machine adjustments
Inform supervisor of mechanical malfunctions or product irregularities
Make adjustments to process variables
Set up and adjust processing and packaging machines
Check products for defects and ensure conformance to company standards
Load and off-load machines
Transport raw materials, finished products and packaging materials
Clean machines and immediate work areas
Complete proper equipment setup for a variety of protein products with safe assembly and disassembly of equipment
Adjust slicers to produce optimal sliced product results as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures, including proper equipment lockout practices, to maintain a safe work environment.
Collaborate with the Quality team and adhere to all HACCP and GMP standards to ensure product quality and food safety compliance
